I bought this for making Taiyaki and they came out perfect. This is the only flour mix ill ever use for it. The flavor was a subtle vanilla and the texture was spot on.

Our family made these snacks with sweet bean paste inside in the same of a fish and everything turned out perfectly. Will definitely order again soon.

I used this mix to make regular waffles (not Taiyaki)... this is a 5 Lb of vanilla flavor mix. with simple ingredients, plus this brand "OldSoul" states that these are all natural ingredients with no preservatives, and the way to prepare is the typical way by whisking the waffle mix with water and oil or butter. We have family visiting these days so it was the perfect opportunity to use this big bag, and I must say everyone was pretty pleased, they turned out as I expected with the right amount of vanilla taste. The only thing I would want to see is a different kind of bag or packaging, of course as we typically see most companies use this kind of plastic bag to package powders, but it can be kind of tricky because sometimes there is a tiny hole on the bag, and that is enough to make quite the mess, just something to consider or think about, and I also could not find an expiration date posted on the bag, but I could tell mine was good, looked good and tasted good, so I am not concerned about that, just wanted to mention it. Overall a great product that feeds plenty at home, ideal for visitors, and of course for business.

Great taste

The amount of waffle mix you get is probably better suited for perhaps a restaurant or family that routinely makes waffles or pancakes as you get so much mix. That said, the quality of the waffle mix is delicious and so tasty. So far, my wife has only used the mix to make waffles and has not yet made pancakes but the waffles that are made from this mix are so tasty, fluffy, and crispy. My kids, that have been accustomed to the frozen store brands like Eggo are now in love with the mix that they keep asking for them to be made whenever they want breakfast.
