Arrived perfectly, great flavor, large container, not too salty so you can add plenty to flavor things without over salting.

I have had this seasoning for less than a week and I have made some greek chicken and ribs.For the chicken I marinated overnight with Olive Oil, Chopped Garlic, Lemon Juice, Papas Gyro seasoning, S & P. Then baked it for 1.5 hrs at 375 and it came out great. I'll be having this at least once a week. And for the ribs, I marinated them with Papas Gyro, Olive Oil, S & P. These I grilled (using real charcoal) indirectly for 1.5 hours, then the last 10 min directly to the flames to get some char. Man these are better than smoked ribs at 1/3 of the time. Very flavorful and I tend to like these better than my smoked ribs and I'm a Texan!

The good: 1000% delicious. We've used it on chicken, lamb, salads, burgers, and made dressing with it. When cooking indoors it makes the house smell sooooo good.The not-so good: The seal hasn't ever been sealed. 3 bottles ordered and no luck. It smelled so good we tried it anyway, Happy to report we are all still alive. LOL Would have preferred a bottle that was actually sealed though. Also, if you are in to dates, this product does not come with anything I can see on here for production date or expiration date.Even though salt is listed on the ingredients list, we do not find it to be salty at all. In fact, this is one spice we use ground salt and cracked pepper with for an extra kick.

I just received this and used it for dinner tonight. I drizzled salmon with olive oil, sprinkled this on top and baked it. My 5 and 9 year old kids DEVOURED it and asked for seconds and thirds. Wow! I’m sold. Can’t wait to try it on other things.
