It’s a fabulous size for travel & TSA approved. I don’t need the inserts for needles, etc. I just needed a small travel container to hold two separate injection boxes. Although, I carefully measured, one box is a tab bit larger than the container. As the medication needs to remain in the box, so the prescription label is visible, we simply cut the edges of the box to make it fit. All is good now! I will continue to use the container for travel. A great value, great quality and great size! Highly recommend!

Great item! Can store all my diabetic supplies in it. I wish it was just a little bit bigger. Besides insulin pens, insulin, backup monitor, and diabetic log book I have no room for extra pen needles so I carry them in a different pouch. Thanks!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have went through so many cases over the last 5 years my son has been diagnosed. I wanted something small I could throw in my bag but yet also big enough to fit everything we would need. This works perfect.

I purchased both the large and small Cases, hoping to find the Goldilocks of diabetic supply organization. Sadly, neither quite hit the mark. The large is a bit too bulky to comfortably carry in my everyday bag, while the small felt a little too cramped once I squeezed in my meter, insulin pens, and test strips.That being said, the cases themselves seem well-made. They are definitely sturdy and provide a good level of protection for my sensitive supplies, which is a major plus. I feel confident throwing them in my bag without worrying about crushing anything.Ultimately, if you're willing to compromise on the exact size, these cases offer decent protection. I'd recommend carefully measuring your supplies before ordering to try and pick the best fit, but be prepared for a bit of a compromise.
