Hotel food stays hot for only 5 minutes

Does not keep for hot
It can't keep your food hot for an hour, even when i prepped with hot water before putting my food in, it get as cold as a dogs nose.Good for cold food though.

Very disappointing food goes cold 😔
I put my hot lunch in the compartments this morning at 7.30am, had lunch at 12.30pm and my food was stone cold. This was a secret santa christmas gift, so I'm not able to return it. Does not do what it says on the tin.
