This will move you! Take with caution. I’ve been taking for 5+ years and it works consistently every time. For first time use, test it on a day where you’re staying home. Start with half a scoop…maybe less. Your stomach may feel sensitive. Don’t trust your farts…lol. Once you find the right dosage and stick with it daily, you’ll never want to waste your money on anything else! Don’t be fooled by these fad / viral “colon broom” or “poop shakes.” They’re loaded with a bunch of stuff that doesn’t do anything. There is one small ingredient in them called senna. You will get that ingredient in THIS product in its purest form. It may not be pleasant to drink but it’s so worth it. I put mine in a protein shaker along with something sweet like BCAA powder. Throw it down the hatch and go on with a smooth movin day :)

Works GREAT! But be wary, the full dose is usually too strong for people the first few times. It can cause intense cramping and God help you if you're out and about when it hits! I use smaller doses, which works great when I have my constipation issues. But avoid using this daily as your body will adjust to it and it will start being less effective. It's great for occasional use but daily I think would be way to harsh on your body.

Did its job

I've been a big fan of this product for 4+ years now! It gets the job done (aka cleans you out) but not in a harsh way laxatives would, but in a rather smooth manner. For me, it kicks in about 12-14 hours after I take it and I can tell when it's about time to go to use the restroom, but in a way such that I don't need to rush. I find that you also need to use the restroom a few more times than normal, but I think that is to be expected.Only complaint for others would be taste. If you can stomach it, I'd highly suggest the pills, otherwise taking the powder with something sweet and/or carbonated makes it much easier to take in my opinion.

This is not the same product I am used to and it is not as effective.
