Easy to assemble. Very sturdy.

Great value for the money. Seems solid enough, but I put three brackets into wall studs. We have had this up for about 6 months now. We put led’s under the bed so there is light in the cubby. My son loves it. Easy to put together, if you can put together any other furniture, this wasn’t too difficult.The paint is more like a primer and rubs off easily, there were small missing sections of paint, as was described by others. But it still functions and looks good.

We bought two for our boys. Not too hard to put together, but make sure on step 9 to put it together on one side before connecting the other side. Took us about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to put together. No dings or dents from delivery. We did put padding on the ladder rungs because of other reviews so that wouldn't be an issue.Our boys love it! The desk has been used everyday since assembled. The shelves are great and help with storing toys, puzzles, and books.

We bought a couple of these and needed to return one due to my youngest being uncomfortable with the height after we had the others assembled. I went to process a return (in original packaging and unopened) the seller responded that because my kid was uncomfortable with the height it’s my fault and that they wouldn’t approve the request as it was my negligence knowing the height requirements. Yea, I did know however if my son is uncomfortable, he’s uncomfortable. (The bed squeaks a lot, even pretty sturdy it kinda freaks my oldest out when moving when sleeping) Regardless, the product is unopened and in literal perfect condition. Im disappointed by the lack of customer service and problem solving. They respond in the middle of the night and it’s clearly a copy and paste type of service. So, moral is, if you have a single, tiny bit of hesitation, don’t buy anything from this seller because they will go to hell and back declining to help you. I have however opened a case with Amazon to help get this rectified.

Good for the money. The wood is solid and my 82lb boy loves it. It doesn't wiggle much and it doesn't squeek (which is why I got wood) and it was fairly easy to assemble, I think it took me 2 or 3 hours. I had a small problem with some of the hardware bolts they sent, 4 of the bolts weren't threaded, I sent them an email requesting those 4 bolts be shipped back, they responded within a few hours and shipped out an entire new case with ALL of the beds hardware (which was unnecessary but good customer service).

This bed took a few days to set up simply because of just two missing screws, HOWEVER the seller was great on communication and shipped a whole new set of screws that were delivered the very next day! All in all the set up will most definitely take two people and if I had to give a certain time span it would be 3 to 4 hours. So take your time and don’t rush through it, every little detail matters! My 5 year old loves his bed and so do I, it set the tone for a new gamer room and is perfect for small bedroom. Very sturdy, and the value of this bed is amazing for the price!

This bed is what we needed, but it had so many pieces and the instructions are pretty confusing because it’ll show you the bed at all different angles without indicating the bed has rotated in the picture while you’re building it. Some wood parts didn’t have holes or had extra holes in them. The initial paint job is just ok but some parts are already blemished or scrapped not to mention one mess up at the wood paint combo is easily smudged. Some of the wood was uneven so we had to make it work. It took about 3/4 hours to build and some extra tools of our own were needed. Can’t wait to add some cuteness and cover up the weight limit sticker that’s on the outside wood piece instead of the inside. Over all I think it’ll get the job done for a homeschool kid.
