4 High quality plastic posts, electroplated in gold for that high end look and three 6 foot 1.5" diameter red ropes with gold snap ends. Each set spans about 18 feet. Posts measure 3" in diameter and stand 39" high, weighing 4 pounds each. Each post has a fixed c-hook, a top and a base. The bases can be weighted with pea gravel. Very elegant looking. Stanchions look like the expensive metal posts that typically cost more than $100 each. Very nice.
