Well done interpretation
This isn’t my first 823 clone. I purchased one about a year or so ago and it was vastly inferior. You can tell as soon as you hold the pen. The resin used in this one feels of higher quality compared to the other clone. It does not feel as nice as the 823, but that is now nearly a $400 dollar pen. That one feels more luxurious, softer in a way that once you handle it in comparison, you’ll know. The filling mechanism works well. On my first vacuum fill I got approximately half a barrel. That’s a good amount. The nib writes smoothly and wet. I was worried about that as an “in house” nib is usually an unknown gamble. Well, the gamble paid off. I have the F nib.Design wise, the threading on the cap is lined up to where the nib will be displayed in the center of the cap. It’ll either fall directly across from the clip or directly under it, depending on where you start twisting it close. That’s great attention to detail, and I can’t confirm if it was luck of the draw or if it was intended. (I have the more expensive Asvine vacuum filler and it is slightly off center.)The weight is is good. It’s well balanced and has enough heft to feel expensive. The grip is a nice size and shape, similar to the Pilot version.Overall, once filled with ink, this pen looks and writes great. My only concerns, and they haven't been realized yet, is how it will hold up over time. Will the resin get scratched up easily? Will it start getting duller or yellowing? Will the vacuum mechanism fail? I don’t know and I can’t hold any of that against it, since it hasn’t happened yet.

Great Fountain Pen! Writes very smooth!
I LOVE this fountain pen. It is super smooth and I love the asthetic of it. The clear barrel lets you see exactly how much ink you have left and I like that you can put any color ink you want into it. It writes bold and fine depending on which way you hold it. It is nice and light so it doesn't tire your hand. I hope it lasts a really long time.

A really good value but...
- My pen was shipped in a timely fashion and arrived on time and was packaged well and arrived without damage.- The pen's vac filler works very well and can half+ fill on a single plunge of the piston.- The nib's tines were perfectly aligned and the nib was well centered and seated with the feed.- I filled the pen with Pilot Blue Black, a rather wet and well lubricated ink, and the pen writes a tight, well formed line consistent with European extra fine nibs.- After a few days of use for long form journaling I can report that I have never once experienced a hard start nor any ink starvation at all.- So why then am I not giving this really lovely pen 5 stars? The reason is that the piston cap is very loose and wobbles when the piston in not securely screwed down, such as when you would leave it slightly open to allow a steady flow of ink to the feed, and feels rather flimsy. It makes the pen feel something less than a finely crafted writing instrument. Had this not been the case I would certainly have given this pen a full 5 stars.

Gorgeous look, feel, and writing!
This pen is a fantastic addition to my pen collection. The vacuum filling system is incredibly efficient and holds a large amount of ink, making refills less frequent - I was even able to get this pen to fill to almost 100% capacity in just two fills! The frosted transparent design is gorgeous and shows off your ink while still being subtle. This is my second V126, and the nibs continue to provide a smooth and consistent writing experience. Highly recommend this pen!

Smooth Nib!
I had been eyeing this pen for a while now unable to pick a nib size 😅. I finally told myself to get the Fine knowing I had plenty of EF pens. I will say it’s definitely more of a western nib sizing and it is a wet writer. This nib glides like an ice rink with Diamine ink and it gave me a sold 0.5mm line width. It’s been awhile since I’ve used something this smooth so I am still undecided on if I like it or not. My overall impression of the pen itself is that it’s great for its value. The matte black color is stunning and the black trim makes it such a sleek pen! When I first opened the pen I did give the nib a wash as I noted that the coating was preventing ink to flow properly for a dip test. After the nib was cleaned it wrote wonderfully smooth. The tines were not tight on this particular model as I’ve experienced in past Asvine nibs. I was happily surprised though that you can get some line variation with this nib if it’s something you care for but I wouldn’t push the nib for it. The vacuum filler is a breeze to use and it does allow for a full fill. The standard first fill only filled about half way so I opted for a full fill to test the functionality of the pen. No leaks noted but I do question the durability of the end cap piece being plastic up against metal threads how long that will last. I guess only time will tell to determine how truly durable it can be. Overnight the nib stayed wet with no hard starts when attempting to write with it which I do like especially since it doesn’t seem to have a seal in the pen cap. I would recommend this pen to someone wanting to try a Vac filler on a lower budget.

Very Disappointing: EF Nib Writes Like a Western MEDIUM Nib. Avoid
This pen is beautiful aesthetically. However, the manufacturer’s nib description was not realistic or true. I know fountain pens very well. I know that there are different regional interpretations for nib sizes. As a result, when I purchased this pen with an EF nib, I expected the nib to actually write in a Western (typically broader) fine line instead. I would have been thrilled if it actually wrote like a true extra fine. But I would have been okay if the pen approached the semblance of a fine line. Nope. It writes in broad, medium lines. Hence, this pen is such a FAR cry from a fine NIB, that it nearly approaches a type of false advertising and unfairness. No thanks.
