It is pretty good, I feel my head is not foggy, and my body feels like I have energy, I know that a person needs magnesium in their bodies, I think that is why I feel a little bit better, buy as i state, that everyone is different, and with different body types, but for myself, I feel better

I take two at night about an hour or so before I go to bed and it really helps me relax and sleep all night. I sleep through the entire night with ease.
