The media could not be loaded. The bike won't run out of the box after being charged. Contacted their customer service and they asked for video that wouldn't send via email. After a few days of not getting a response from them I Contacted Amazon to get ahold of them and they asked for video again that won't upload so if this is the only place a video can be uploaded

They make the description so confusing that I ended up picking the wrong one. I thought the $300 one would have the sounds but not the app. Come to find out there is a $250 one a $300 one and a $500 one. I chose the $300 one and it has no sound it is very basic. The only good thing I can say is that it is very well constructed. If it was not a present for my grandson I would have returned it. But I had already opened it and he saw it on Christmas morning so I couldn't return it. Be very careful of what you order. Also it does NOT come with training wheels!
