This works great but does have Iron and not enough calcium. I order separate calcium supplements. There is no taste or smell, on capsule a day is all I take, and the size is small compared to the ones I use to take. no problems with stomach irritation or ability to take the capsule. it is easy to swallow.

I had gastric bypass last year and was taking a very costly chew that did not have extra iron. I was afraid of taking a pill since they usually make my stomach upset. Even with the extra iron these do not upset my stomach. It is only one a day instead of 2 chews, and a bottle is half the cost of the chews. I recently had labs done and they were all in range so they work great. They aren't horse pills and they go down easy with water. I do take them with breakfast just to be on the safe side. Have continued to purchase.

I've been taking these for a while and they're great. Before I started taking them my labs weren't all that great. Once I started taking them, my labs improved tremendously. I also love that they're tailored to women so they have more of what we need. They aren't too big and thankfully they don't smell or taste gross. I haven't noticed any stomach upset while taking them and they are definitely effective.

I'm so glad I came across these vitamins. They don't have any funky smells or flavors. They are super easy on my system. I also love the idea that they have hair and nail vitamins already included. So I don't have to spend the extra money on the hair and nail vitamins. I've been taking this chalky multivitamin but no more. I love these women vitamins will definitely keep buying!!!

Good product.....no iron after taste...no icky smell....good nutrients and a lot more inexpensive than Bari-Melts

I love this easy to swallow and if u can’t swallow it’s convenient plastic cover can allow you to put it in any drink .

Good supplement with strong percentages. I also like the price. My only issue with this is I sometimes get an itch like I have just taken a niacin pill. So much better then those too sweet chewables
