Purchased two of these Ebikes. Both arrived the same day, super easy out of the box, unfold and put on handlebars and on the road. My bike suffered a FREEWHEEL spindle failure, but my local bike shop was able to replace the part and labor for only $40. Very well built, so very pleased I selected a Jaison Ebike. I am 80 years old and it is extremely easy to peddle as well as control. We just completed our ride for the day and now have 45.5 miles on both bikes. I know it will do 28 mph, but I have not gone over 15 mph. I would purchase these exact same ebikes again if I had to.

The media could not be loaded. We're 1st time buyers and were very impressed with the ease of folding, ease of installation, speed, battery life and quality. Now, if you add accessories, like baskets than you will need to adjust for the extra weight, but it's a surprisingly slight difference, meaning it was built very well to manage & balance those things. The company's support team is incredible responsive and if they find out that your order will be delivered at a later time due to delay because of the increase of popularity of a particular color variant, they look after you and keep you updated. It's our personal opinion that Jasion as a whole is an amazing, incredible, creative and innovating company & would recommend these product items.

We received the two bike deal one white one black. Took about a week to come which isn’t bad. When receiving the products looks like it went kinda rough through FedEx. We open the box everything was inside that was needed. One bike did have a ding and a scratch. Was very upset but not Jasion fault due to shipping carrier was pretty rough with the products. I reach out to the seller Jasion and they replied very quickly and took action. They made me happy and couldn’t ask for anything else! They were very nice and understanding and fixed my issue. I would recommend these bikes to anyone. Very smooth and pretty quick. Definitely worth the money! I’m a very happy customer! Very easy to put together and best part the tires came inflated which is a plus for me.

Bought this for my daughter to get to school. We live on a very steep hill and it has no problem getting her up the hill (90lbs) at speed with her back pack. Me on the other hand, it will not go up hills with a heavier person. I'm 205 and it works fine on the flats, but any hill I'm pedaling like the engine isn't even helping.

I love how easy it is to ride it's easy to get on with step threw I just love riding it I hook my cart trailer handles n pulls nicely I take it grocery shopping just can't wait tell I get my front rack I have the back one I get better on my 2 knee replacements then when I got my original therapy I'm sleeping better now ty jasion made right choice picking my ebike

Received this bike just before a big family camping trip and my wife absolutely loves that she can just step through to get on the bike. She put just about 100 miles on the bike that week a lone. If you want a quality e-bike at a great price then this is the brand you want. Had to contact Jasion for an issue with another bike I have and they were all over it and resolved my issue with ease. Excellent company!!!

The bike arrived a day later than expected due to FedEx shipping delays. Regardless, when i opened up the box, talk about the excellent packaging the company went through to make sure it arrived all in one piece. Took me like 10 minutes to unwrap all the cushion. I have to admit, assembling wasn’t the easiest thing at all. I actually watched YouTube videos and asked for professional help.The book manual isn’t the best, as it’s in black/white.As for the bike, it is very strong and very easy to ride.It’s not complicated to use, especially if you’re new to E-bikes, I recommend this one. It goes up the hills well and accelerates pretty well. Everything about the hike is what you want. Of course I plan to upgrade some stuff like a bike seat and add some mirrors. The seat that it comes with isn’t bad at all though. If you’re in the market for an e-bike and just want the basics, I highly recommend this one. I don’t regret buying it, I would recommend it to any of my friends. I’m not the one to write reviews ever but had too for this one.

I was bought this electric bike from Amazon , when I received it the chainring was wobble , also the chain keep when ride on it .. and I was required for replacement or return it back the seller charged me $110 for return fee that not right and not the one I was expect at all , the seller never solved my problem and they did not taking care of it .. so I’m not I recommend to purchase this bike .. they are bad service not responsible to consumers.Please do not use this bike .

I very impressed about this bike the minute I took it out of the box. The quality hardware and the way it was welded and designed is amazing.The way it handles on smooth and rugged surfaces was a charm. Everywhere I went I’ve noticed people taking a second look as I passed. Going up steep grades was on problem at all. If I could give more than five stars I would for a well deserved product. As a retired licensed automotive technician of 38 years I highly recommend this bike!

La bicyclette Jasion EB7 correspondait parfaitement pour mon épouse, avec ce modèle elle était à l aise de m accompagné, j'ai aussi eu besoin d'un petit détail après avoir communiqué avec le service après vente j ai reçu l innformation dont j'avais besoin, Je recommande ce velo sans problème pour personne plus petite cela permet une bonne assurance, bonne balade et soyez prudent.

I received the bike and followed the instructions on setting it up . Everything went smoothly, as most of the bike is intact when you get it, not like other bikes. Easy to charge and after that went for first ride. As a senior over 70 the step through helps getting on and off , plus the electric part helps when I get tired. The bike is easy to ride, but pedals were stiff at first , but lubricant helped that. Working with manual figured out the settings on the bike. I am enjoying the bike, Thanks Great Buy.

The build quality is excellent.Great welds, frame painted inside and out.It can go up some pretty nasty hills without pedaling (11kph. I weigh 165lbs), but minor pedaling will keep you going at 22kph up those nasty hills.Only down side is that this thing is heavy! I'm pretty fit and it's a task hauling it up stairs if you're in an apartment without an elevator. Manufacturer states it's 59lbs, I can curl it folded, so it's around 59 but the form factor makes it bulky and harder to move than free weights (obviously). You've been warned.
