All one might expect from a letterbox
I liked the appearance and functionality of the letterbox. It was easy to fix to the wall and has been adequate for all the mail I receive including magazines and small parcels. Nice product.

It looks good, but very expensive for what it is.
The top and door are cast aluminium, but the rest fairly thin steel.The flap can be left up, allowing the rain in if it's exposed.The leaflet that comes with it recommends that you paint it every year, so I guess it's going to rust or flake or something over time. This is mentioned in the product description though.EDIT: Here we are 1 year later and it's looking as good as new, no rust or paint flakes, this one is under cover so does not get rained on directly. Checked and opened daily.

Looks great but very disappointed in quality
Have had the product up now for about 4 months. Looks great but very disappointed in quality. Post frequently damp. Key lock very stiff - you have to work the key into the lock. Would not recommend it

Is sturdy but light and does the job well enough
Is sturdy but light and does the job well enough, looks good too. The only problem is that it lets in a little water (from a very small gap at the side of the door) but it has drainage holes and in every respect is considerably better than the one we had previously.

Excellent Customer Service
Stupidly, we lost the keys to our postbox before we installed it but after contacting Daniel at San Sero with our dilemma, he has bent over backwards to make a plan for us and posted us a new lock barrel and keys! I am now looking forward to finally installing this very elegant postbox at last and I'm sure we will have many years of use as it is of a very high quality!

Classic postbox
Post box itself is a good design and well made. The problem we had was that on trying to put the box onto the wall two of the three screws broke. Very poor quality screws, we had to replace with our own.

Looks class and is easy to keep clean.
Nice product, feels solid and no problems with it being left open as the lid tends to have the weight to shut itself.. easy to clean and keep looking black, overall very pleased with the product.

Period style post box
It is very sturdy and attractive but I can put my hand in the slot and take letters out so not secure at all so sending it back. I should have studied the photos better before ordering.
