Well made and quite versatile
I looked at a lot of bike racks and settled on this one because of its versatility. We do a lot of camping and I like to bring one of my bikes when we go. I always had to choose between my road bike or mountain bike because of lack of space to carry them. This carrier allows up two bike to be carried. So far I've only carried one bike at a time but have used it of each. I had no worry about the bikes coming loose as the connection was very secure. You are supplied a ratchet strap for each bike. These are also rubber holding straps that can be used to keep bikes in place while doing the final strap securing procedure. The bikes are very stable when strapped on, the unit is only 43 lbs and the bike brackets can be easily removed for other cargo transport. The unit is well made and powder coated. Also. it cam with an anti rattle clamp for the hitch.

Carries 2 ebikes
Excellent bike carrier for the money! If you have a fat tire bike you will need to purchase the fat tire cradles.

Works good and holds bikes secure
Assembly only took about 20 minutes. Took a trip with two bikes and the rack held up nicely. I also like the dual purpose of this rack. Take the bike holders off and you have a luggage rack.

Must have for Bronco owners
If you don't mind picking up a heavy steel bike/luggage rack each time to install and uninstall but want something that will do it all and will last a long time then this is a great option for you. I wanted to find something where I can swing my back door open on my bronco without having to take the rack off Everytime so this helped me do just that. My Canyon MTB is a XL and has a wheelbase a little bit longer than the max wheelbase dimensions noted in the description and still fits fine without any to lil movement after strapping the bikes down to the rack and driving over Michigan pot holes. I have yet to use it as a luggage rack but plan on to the next time we go camping.

Look Elsewhere, Not as good as it seems
Poor materials, very very very poor instructions, bike mounting is cumbersome and I would worry the bikes could fall off. This works if you want to spend the hassle putting it together and dealing with poor mounting options and rattling, but I would pass.

Jack of all trades, master of none.
I wanted to love this, since it’s about a quarter of the price of any decent hitch bike rack. However, as advertised, it serves as both a cargo carrier and bike rack, but does not excel at either. Specifically, as a bike carrier this thing is heavy, protrudes out several feet, and is not foldable. All that to say that it’s subject to getting bumped by an unknowing car in the parking lot, when not loaded, due to its low height - again, it’s not foldable. Further it takes some time installing it on the receiver, to include tightening the coupling, cranking down the tie downs and still manages to wobble. Any decent bike rack is going to take half the time to load bikes. For a cheap alternative and not traveling far with it I give it 3 stars for price, build quality, and the ability to return it, which I did.

Nice dual purpose rack
Carrys my bike great. I used different tie straps. But the ones they provide are OK. I like that I can also use the rack for carrying stuff. With one bike on I can still put a small cooler and a plastic tub on the carrier. My only, ferry small, complaint is the hole on the hitch is very far forward. Which makes it stick out really far. I ended up drilling another hole so I could slide it further into the receiver. I probably lost some weight rating...but I'm only putting maybe 100 pounds total on it.

Exactly what I needed.
This was exactly what I needed. I have two Ebikes and together that weigh about 150lbs. This could easily accommodate them both. It was easy to put together and the quality seems good and sturdy. I plan I using it to carry other things I do not wish to put inside my SUV such as a gas generator, snow blower and other gas run tools. The price was reasonable for what you get.
