These are a great supplement that have almost eliminated annoying muscle spasm and tingling in my legs sometimes caused by the long term use of proton pump inhibitors (PPI's) medication (all those ending in -zole). They help offset vitamin B12 deficiencies and I've found them very effective.

Not just liked but LOVED the whole presentation. The (simple) Magnesium had been prepared with such care it gave me a feeling of confidence that it would help in my quest for heath. I read review carefully and took three hours after regular medication and with a snack before bedtime. My biggest problem is sleep deprivation. I had expected to have to wait a while before feeling any results but not so. I took the first pill last night; fell to sleep quickly and, apart from one loo stop (after which I fell right back to sleep), slept undisturbed until this morning. Instead of dreading bedtime tonight I am looking forward to another good night's sleep. Even if I sleep half as well as last night it will be a huge improvement for me. I highly recommend these Magnesium supplement pills and, should I be purchasing other supplements, I will look first to see if this wonderful Company supply them. Oh. I should say too, they arrived very promptly and the packaging was good. A big thank you from a grateful customer.

If I had done my research better on this product, it would not have bought it. It contains a very cheap. Not very effective form of magnesium. I like the packaging. I fell for the packaging. I don't even think I will take them because it's not the form of magnesium that I need for my purposes. Perhaps it might be for you but do check carefully.
