No response from customer care.
I wanted to change the name of customer on policy which I bought for my mobile. So I called the customer care and requested them to change the same but the customer care told me to send a mail for this. I sent the mail but till now no change in name on policy document. Don't buy this insurance. Don't waste your money by purchasing Acko insurance. Go for other insurance company.

Worth to buy!! Worth to use!
Hi everyone, I'm posting this after loosing my phone to thief and I was looking cheap phone..and I came across this phone, I brought this for 7000, 64GB and 4GB Ram. I have been using this phone for around one week, not encounter any issues in this phone yet. The battery life is awesome also the performance. I hope the one who have rated 1 and 2 star might have recieved older or defect phones.On a serious note I'll be posting and updating this poat after one month and two month use..if any questions do ask me.. It's like another Redmi in the game.

my moms mob screen get damage within 5 days of delivery , just visit d Acko web address share damage screen pics nd get d value of new screen.really its zero documentation claim.i'm vry vry hppy wid this policy nd takes this wid my every brand new mobile.
