Nothing to dislike and everything to like. Cartridges fit nicely, exactly like the original Hp's. This printer is used for mostly text as I print many documents each week in my business. For fun I printed some pics just to see how well they would come out. Color was more beautiful and lifelike more so than any other cartridge I have used. The price was excellent and I believe the they are printing more output than previous cartridges. I highly recommend these cartridges. You won't be disappointed.

No issues, printer identified that it was a used HP cartridge and had zero issues installing. Prints fine, quality is good so far. Great price.

I bought the color and black ink together in a set. The black cartridge was installed 4 months ago and was great until now. It started printing all gibberish (see picture), & the printer gave an error message that there was a problem with one of the ink cartridges. When I removed it, it was obvious the ink was leaking out of a tiny “hole.” I cleaned it with alcohol & replaced it to finish my project for Christmas with grandkids, but feel like I need to replace it pronto so that it doesn’t leak more & ruin printer. No money saved when it’s less than 1/4 used, & I have to replace it. I know most people are happy with this ink, but at least 1 other person had similar experience as me. Bummed out.

I was hesitant to try an after-market ink refill, but the savings were significant enough for the risk. My HP black cartridge ran out yesterday, so I put the new one to use. The gold contacts are slightly different size & patterning (see photo—HP on left), but it popped right in, started the calibration as usual, & printed beautifully. There was extra seemingly unnecessary plastic packaging that I’d ding it 1/2 star, if I could. Overall, the HP cartridges are so expensive, that in these times of runaway inflation it’s refreshing to find a quality substitute that actually meets the expectation of the product!

EDIT: The seller reached out and offered to refund and said they have advised their supplier so they can look at making improvements in this product. Therefore I am increasing my stars from 1 to 4. I truly appreciate the company working on getting me a refund and hopefully offering improved products in the future. So 5 starts for the company and customer service, 4 stars just because the actual product did fail for me, but give them a shot and the seller will work with you if you have any issues.ORIGINAL:Although I usually buy HP, I have used generic brand ink in this printer before successfully. I always try to have a spare, so I purchased this before I ran out. Finally installed about 6 weeks ago (already after the return date) and everything worked great. Mind you, I don’t print very often- maybe 10 pages a month if that. I tried to print last week, and I kept getting an error from my printer that it was not an HP product. I tried reinstalling, rebooting the printer, everything to no avail. I kept getting the same message. So, I maybe got 10-12 pages out of this product and now I have to buy a new cartridge. Won’t be this brand- will stick to HP.I looked for a way to message the company directly before leaving a low review but didn’t see any link.

Amazon is very reliable.

Some of the refills don’t always work. These are working fine in my older printer. The price is good and I will order some for my newer printer when I need them. The clarity is great.
