It's pricey; but it really helps me get the most out of my workouts. Been using this product for the last three years, taking three months off and then use again for three months. When you put in the hard work in the gym, you do feel a difference and reduced fatigue when it matters most. I've seen my reps increase; and it's in those extra reps where the exercise really pays off, without my muscles giving up on me. It takes about three weeks for it to fully kick in. In the bedroom, sure, I've felt more drive and stamina, but you still need to be good in bed. Its still on you to deliver. This isn't male enhancement. If you're having problems in bed due to age or other reasons, this alone won't help.

Good product. Pills are a bit large. If sold in capsule form would be good.

Be very careful with things containing ashwagandha. For most it improves depression, stress, and anxiety. But for some (like me) it creates those in a rather “normal” brain and causes mental breakdowns. I should have read the label closely because I know through previous experiences that I can’t take it.
