Always bought Huy Fung Foods ("Rooster" emblem) sriracha until I tried this Flying Goose brand. This in incredibly smooth - I love blazing hot sauce but this IS NOT HOT; if anything it's the oppositte but the flavor is amazing; a subtle and savory pepper-flavored sauce with zero hot after-bite. Highly recommended, especially for those wanting flavor without the heat.

This stuff is incredible, and I can't believe it's vegan! Not too spicy, perfect level really, like a 3.5/10. I love it on pizza and sandwiches.

It does not have sweetness. It is original spicy sauce. They should remove the word sweet from the title. I was expecting sauce that is sweet and spicy. Also, the lid came broken so it cannot be closed.

This is the best tasting Sriracha styled sauce. Hands down.

Tastes good BUT, I just saw a warning label on the back saying “this product can expose you to chemicals including lead and cadmium.. which is known to cause cancer and birth defects.” There is no way I would have bought this sauce knowing it can cause cancer. I bought this because the more famous sauce from California switched pepper suppliers, and now it does not taste as good. I only used this sauce a few times. I am very unhappy about this purchase and will seek a refund.
