I love this stuff. I have been taking calcium, magnesium and zinc for almost 40 years now. I get exactly 3 months worth delivered to me. It is easy to swallow and no tummy ache. Definitely helps wit stress, cramping and sleep.

Good stuff needed by the body

The size of these combined supplement pills is smaller than most, easy to swallow. I've been on them a few weeks now and I'm seeing improvement in things I was not expecting. Started this supplement at the suggestion of my doctor to add zinc to my regiment. Was taking a daily calcium supplement for bone strength with separate Magnesium supplement and others...Since starting this Qunol Calcium 3 in 1 Tablets I've seen improvements in some body functions not realized with my old (2) supplements?!My hair and nails appear to be growing faster and stronger!? Previous surgeries have required me to use a daily laxative supplement to keep things moving... This supplement has corrected this issue, a laxative is no longer needed!?All I can say is, Wow! Less supplements being consumed, smaller in size, with positive results.One last note: I didn't think this product was going to work for me as it's a calcium "Carbonate" supplement. I thought I might have some digestive issues; I've have had terrible cramping with some Calcium supplements that were not Calcium Citrate. My sensitive stomach has No issues to report!!!I think this is a keeper.

Stopped using because of lack of absorption with this combination. As a menopausal woman, I need the proper absorption to maintain bone health and density. Switched to different products.
