I had never tried truffle honey before. I had never even heard of it, until recently. I added this in with some other ingredients to make a dressing. It was on another level, delicious!Highly recommend. 10 stars. (Do not refrigerate this. Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature).Lemon basil vinaigrette & truffle honey dressing:2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar1/2 tablespoon truffle honey (I used what I'm reviewing)!1/2 clove finely minced garlic1/4 teaspoon dried basilCombine all ingredients and whist well to incorporateAnd I made a wonderful strawberry / arugula salad using these ingredientsArugulaToasted pine nutsStrawberries - sliced thinFeta cheese or blue cheeseSimple, both the dressing and the salad. But oh so good! :-)

Was at the Renaissance fair when I first tried this, was so excited to find it on Amazon and this bottle has the flip top which is better to drizzle in my tea. .. Awesome favorite, great in tea. Can not wait to try it in other recipes

I am doing a animal based diet (meat, eggs, diary, honey, fruits), and just about every commercial brand of fudge is filled with lots of stuff I don't want. This Cacao Honey hits the mark perfectly. Initially, you feel it's just honey with some chocolate flavor. Over time though, I found I enjoyed it more and more and the chocolate flavor really pops more. It has the perfect consistency for a chocolate fudge as well.

It’s tasty. If I had read the description, I would have realized it’s a blend, and not pure Tupelo, which was what I was thinking I bought. Tupelo honey, that is, pure Tupelo honey, has a far slower crystallization rate. This delicious blended honey crystallized within 3 weeks of use, although not as much as other honeys containing zero Tupelo nectar.

Perfect to make Tea with hot or cold. Adds a great hint of lemon. I also made icecubes with lemon honey tea mixture. Honey prevents icecubes from freezing all the way so it makes a yummy tea slushie. Great honey.

They came in completely useless to me after waiting days for them to come in! I was waiting to make my mead that I have many requests for and now I have to let down a lot of friends and family because I have to reorder new ones and hope they come in at least usable! I mean who let these leave the facility! They are completely crystallized! I am very upset

Absolutely fabulous ORANGE BLOSSOM honey. So much better than anything I've tried from the grocery store, or local Farmer's Market (to be fair, live in PNW, and not throwing shade on local market, it's really amazing). Highly recommend. It's the new staple in my pantry in 2024.

The honey had already turned into sugar when it arrived.It tasted fine after we got it back into a liquid. It was just disappointingto expect to see honey only to find a jar of sugar. lol
