WOW! This completely erased mildew stains on contact. I sprayed the black and white striped sunbrella fabric and the black spots disappeared in minutes. No scrubbing, no splotching, no bleaching of the black stripes. AMAZING! I also sprayed on solid white sunbrella cushions and no color change at all. Worked way better than I expected. I sprayed, rinsed, set out in the sun to dry and my cushions all look brand new.

I thought my outdoor furniture was RUINED. My go to for cleaning fabrics is Folex, so when that didn't give me the results I needed, I thought I would have to replace everything. This product not only cleaned everything better than I thought it would, but required almost zero effort on my part aside from a little brushing with an upholstery brush. Saved me hours in the sun!The first picture of the blue chair is before the product and the second is after spraying it down and waiting about three minutes (no scrubbing) and rinsing with water. Results are unbelievable! The couch cushion is the before photo, and the second one is after a rinse, another spray with a light brushing followed by another rinse. This was just me testing out the product- no elbow grease involved and not even using a water hose. I literally sprayed and poured water out of a bucket...I am BEYOND impressed.Best summer purchase to date since I'll save money in the long run by extending the life of my cushions and furniture.

I purchased the spray in hopes of removing stubborn mildew spots and stains on the fabric, accent pillows, and tablecloth on my deck. No amount of washing had worked. It not only got rid of the mildew, but it also cleaned up the basic dirt and a few coffee stains on the fabric. It was so easy. I sprayed the spray, scrubbed a little with a bathroom scrub brush, and then wash it off with the hose before letting it dry in the sun. I recommend using rubber gloves and doing this outside, because the chemicals are a little harsh. My before and after photos just don't do it justice.

I am pretty jaded when it comes to cleaning products as they don't always meet expectations. However I was pleasantly surprised that this product removed the green mildew and dirt from my outdoor furniture upholstered in sunbrella fabric. I started by spraying on the product and then hosing it off. Some mildew came off. I then resprayed and used a MR.SIGA Multi-Purpose Heavy Duty Scrub Brush to lightly scrub the fabric. Most of the remaining dirt and mildew came off and only a small amount needed a third try. Note there is a very strong bleach smell and rubber gloves are a good idea. Also, do not let the water run off into any planted garden areas.

This is the second time I purchased STAR BRITE Mildew Stain Remover to clean my patio furniture cushions, as well as surface areas and it worked great. However, I am totally frustrated and disappointed with this order which I needed for tomorrow. It's evident that this bottle was damaged for a Long period of time before being sent to me based on how dry and flakey the build up is on the bottle and the box. This was sent to me already damaged and it's clear that it had leaked all over the box at the distribution center resulting in the box disintegrating. It was totally dry and had a hard build up and the bottle is not even half full.I am not sure who is in charge of quality and inventory control but this should have been damaged out and never sent to a customer. This is a harsh chemical and comming in contact with it isn't good for people that have sensitive skin like myself. The dry and hard build up also flaked out inside the shipping box which got all over my kitchen.This makes me hesitant about purchasing from this company in the future even though I like the product.UPDATE: I called Customer Service and they sent a replacement. It was sent to the postal service which declined to deliver it due to the product being damaged and returned it to the distribution center.That is unacceptable that this company is knowingly sending out damaged products.It is also a safety and liability issue when dealing with the chemicals in this product.I have not been contacted to resolve this issue. I feel this is poor customer service.

Worked like magic! My umbrella had green mold and I all I did was spray it on and it disappeared. Washed it with a hose and it looks fabulous. Extremely happy with this product.

The product works great. The smell is strong, smells like bleach. I used it outdoors and used gloves as recommended. The packaging, however, is why I gave 3 stars. The first bottle had leaked all over and through the box. The replacement bottle that was sent to me did the same. Obviously a problem with the bottles which don’t keep the product inside.
