Easy to use
I've read from other users these capsules are difficult to open. To them I ask, Do you want your coins constantly bouncing around? There is a small divot or notch in the capsule which allows for easy opening. The foam cutouts fit my silver dollars perfectly, and prevents the coins bouncing around inside the capsule.

Not good for all us coins.
It doesn't perfectly fit a lot of coins such as nickels, dimes, Morgan dollars, and pennies. But this is still a very good product. Kinda hard to open cases.

Not good for Disney medallions
Bought these to protect my Disney medallions but spacing foam does not have the correct size for them to fit properly. It is still better than nothing but not great.
