Product arrived prompt, sadly however bulb stopped working seconds after plugging in. Seller was quick to respond and replace bulb. Would recommend seller.

Puppy Lamp
Pleased with lamp for the puppies, 2 levels of heat 1 is high 2 is low which we thought would be the other way around but worked well

Sadly arrived broken
Have sadly returned i didn't notice that the top part of the electric cable was broken. Was not able to send back straight away as was in hospital with my MS

Looks all good came as described just find it a little odd that the more powerful heating setting seems to feel less hot and bright than the lower setting? Might just be an error and they are the wrong way round or that’s just the way it’s supposed to be 🤷♂️ otherwise it’s great
