The BEST collagen I have ever used! I can tell the difference in the morning if I forget to use it in my first cup of coffee. I feel more energized when I use it. But not shaky, like with extra caffeine. No clumps, easy to mix in. And the results! I have to trim my fingernails every week. I am 61, and it has lessened the ridges that appeared over the last few years on my nails. The only down side is that I have to dye my hair more often because it grows out faster!

This collagen powder mixes up with smoothly & easily in liquids ( use it mostly in my coffee). No aftertaste & dissolves completely. I have used 2 months & definitely notice difference in hair & skin tones; softer and smoother. Great product!

Love all the Winged products

I have been taking collagen peptides for awhile now--just have found a lot of health benefits to it--stronger nail, hair, better skin, my joints feel better, etc. I like that this one has a little protein in it and also has the lions mane. Feel like this is a pretty comprehensive product and an easy thing to add to your morning coffee or smoothie. I add this to my smoothie and can't tell it is in there--it mixes very easily and has no taste. My only complaint is that I feel like the nutrition label is misleading. If this has 10 grams of protein, how does it have no calories?? So I wish the nutrition on it was more accurate. I do think that it has a lot of beneficial ingredients in it.
