Great value, well made, workers great, looks very nice.
It's a good sturdy faucet. Easy to install but instructions are not accurate. Need more detail when installing in metal sink. There's about 1/3" of play where the faucet meets the base meaning the base rotates a little. Can't get that out. Not a big deal. Great value! Looks very nice.

Love faucet! But instructions need clarification.
We continue to be very pleased with it's quality (every bit as attractive as the $200 plus faucets I looked at). I love love love it's functionality and would definitely recommend! CAUTION WITH INSTRUCTIONS: Was fairly easy to install according to the instructions and I'm a woman with no plumbing experience (hardest part is lack of room under the kitchen sink and taking out the old one!). My biggest hang up was knowing where the large silicone o-ring goes, verses the large black rubber o-ring. Both are simply referred to as "o-rings" in the instructions but clearly have different purposes so I knew it was important to put them in their proper location to avoid leaking. (Who wants to tear their new plumbing apart!) I contacted the company by email and never did receive a response, however I probably should have contacted them through eBay (I always have with sellers in the past with good results and not sure why I didn't this time). Thankfully, after waiting 3 days for a response, I got good counsel from a few builders about which o-ring goes where and finished the project within minutes. (Conclusion... the silicone one goes above the counter, black rubber goes below.) All in all.. very happy with finished product and don't know why anyone would pay the big bucks for a similar one.

Not quite up to Commercial Standards
This unit looks good like most of the clones out there. There are so many nearly identical models under different names on Amazon that it makes you wonder who is actually making these. I still don't know. But here is what I learned in person that I didn't know before I installed it.1) Supply hoses look fine, not as high grade as what you buy at home center but I'm not worried enough to swap them, which in any case seem proprietary. Nothing leaks as of now.2) Implementation of connections and function are generally clever and unit works as designed.3) Push button is a momentary button that requires your hand to remain on it, unlike the expensive ones that pause until you touch to release. I wish this was a push and hold, push and release design, but it is not. You need to keep a firm grip on he button as you pull or you get wet.4) The spray head is super lightweight. It will not be confused with a Moen or Kohler, ever. Its 90% plastic but barely snaps fully back into place even with the heavy weight on the bottom carefully placed.5) The buttons too are light plastic. They work but the action and materials are very light. Again these will not be confused with commercial or American fixtures despite the name of this item. Expect that.6) The hoses are small diameter and result in a pressure magnification over other faucets I have installed. The upside is that they blast food from plates quickly. The downside is the water controls need very careful application of water flow to keep the head from blasting water everywhere. Keep this in mind. You will need to recalibrate your habits if you are accustomed to the big heavy contractor installed models you paid hundreds of dollars to own.7) The long tall neck of the faucet means that any play in the bushing that permits its turning is exaggerated and in mine there is a bit of wobble as you touch and move it. This is due to internal tolerances I cannot change and which betray its quality looks as soon as you move it back and forth with your hand.8) And the nut to lock it down to the surface is a plastic hand nut without hex flats for tools but with metal threads. I could not tighten this tightly enough to keep the faucet from turning when I attempt move it back and forth from the topside. If I choose to keep it I will likely need to use adhesive to hold the assembly for a permanent installation. So that's what I learned with this one. Enjoy.

This faucet has it all! Looks - Price - Quality
I am pleased with this faucet. It is attractive and feels well made. It is sturdy and does not wobble for me. The spray is forceful. It can be very forceful but you do not have to turn the handle on full force to have a softer spray. I installed it myself and I am a 62 year old woman. I had the extra counter hole and purchased a WENKEN sink soap dispenser through Amazon and they look great together. It was shipped padded and well protected. The weight works but you have to close the ends together very tightly and it will click into the locked position. Takes a bit of muscle. When installing, take to memory the hot and cold to connect your lines. One is longer than the other. They are marked but when installed into my granite counter, I could no longer see the hot/cold tags on them. I had a bit of an issue with the weight getting caught on all the other water lines when pulled up with the sprayer. My dishwasher line is right there so lots of lines under my sink all at the same place. I just installed so do not know the longevity but so far I am a happy costumer!

Beautiful as well as functional
I've had this faucet for almost 6 months and couldn't be happier. It's the best one of all the ones I've used and I'm 80 years old and have lived in numerous apartments and houses. I didn't install it because my plumber was working on another project when the faucet was delivered, so he just did it for me. It took him about 30 minutes.I love the color and it goes well in my kitchen because my range is black (don't ever do that) and I have a custom storage cabinet with a black face. The pull down spray piece works extremely well.I wanted separate hot and cold faucets because in the past the single style eventually managed to start leaking at the base. This is a very well made product.
