The media launcher kept crashing, Google play store app stopped working, couldn't log into Hulu because the Android keyboard wouldn't work and none of the other keyboard apps worked either, 1 of them worked for a few weeks then wouldnt load past the start up screen that says "Android". The remote has to be pointed directly at the box to work. No option to use another remote.

the thing is I used it not too many times , I would calculate that in the 6 months since I purchased it I would say that in total I used it 4 less than 72 hours total and 3 days ago I went and tried turning on , to my ( surprice or mad realoization ) it's eternally on , blue light lit , ANDROID logo permanently visible , control remote unable to do nothing , connecting and disconnecting power many meny times over , but what really surprises me or shocks me that I yesterday ordered a second one on top when I finished some how are sending me 2 , unable to cancel the extra one less than 3 minutes aftewr completing the order , I guess I must be a ( sort of masoquist or very stupidly idiotic dump crazy pushed around used abused and humiliation fetished individual or character or thing , well I need it to realese all this sort of anger towards my person or thing , I don't know if they will send it in 1 box and accep it and return the exytra one or refuse to receive it and send both back through the delivery perdon if that is the case , wow I'm even confused about this ,don't understand though why in less than 5 minutes after completed the orderd was unable to cancel the extra one , could anyone share some light on this and maybe I'll smart up a lil bit , I'd appreciated , thanks and have a GREAT weekend PEACE ......

Bought this for my daughters room so she can watch prime videos, Netflix, and Hulu. The only app that works on the device is the Netflix, Anytime you try to use Amazon Prime videos, or Hulu it gives you a error message and kicks you out of the app. Besides that its a decent device if you're just looking for a cheap box.

Only has 2.4ghz WiFi or Ethernet. keeps both boxes keep lagging and restarting if not close enough to the WiFi source. They work fine if plugged into the Ethernet or less the 15 ft away from the WiFi source.

Do not order these V88 android boxes the work for maybe a month then they just keep rebooting over and over again, I will be contacting Amazon for a refund! Junk!!
