It was easy to assemble by me. It’s beautiful and sturdy. It saves my knees, I’m 70 years old.

Loving it but
I love this piece but extremely difficult to install. I usually like to assemble parts with no problem but this one gave me hard time and keeps cracking. Updates: full refund by seller due to my experience and they do care about buyer satisfaction. Thank you

Instead of kneeling they bent me over with this piece of crap.
Very poorly made. Wobbles and fits together poorly. Absolute trash. Made a very lousy Christmas gift that broke as soon as it was assembled. Be warned. a DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! It will be kindling. TRASH! WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOT BUY! CRAP! JUNK! TRASH! SCAM!

Quirky assembly, but nice product
Like any modular furniture item, the central issue is ease of assembly. It did come with all the necessary parts (you have to supply your own screwdriver) and were nice to provide extras in case you mess something up (this did come in handy). They take the IKEA approach and provide illustrations to guide the assembly. Unfortunately, the illustrations are too often vague as to leave one guessing, particularly in terms of important things like part orientation. This slowed the assembly considerably. Also, they had overlooked drilling a hole that was needed to fully attach one of the pieces to the rest of the construction (luckily it wasn't so crucial as to render the product unusable). Having finally gotten it assembled, the finished product looks very nice and dignified without being ostentatious. The kneeler is reasonably comfortable. The oratory ledge is sufficient to accommodate my full-size leather-bound Catholic Bible. It feels sturdy overall; I do not fear it will collapse on me. So despite the difficulties in assembly, I feel like this will get many years of good use.
