When I first got this, was SUPER easy to put together. I was thrilled at how light and flexible it was because I hate hauling out the big vac and extensions. This thing bends, swivels, fits under all my furniture. The headlights are helpful too. Plus they send several accessories and a spare filter. Had to use high setting to really pick up pet fur, but battery still lasts long enough to do an entire floor of rooms. The dust bin is easy to empty. As expected, sometimes pet fur clogged the stem, but it was so easy to open and empty. Definitely not for carpet, but for solid floors and pet fur this thing is the bomb. But… after a few months the roller stopped rolling after a few seconds (even though I cleaned after each use) and the lights stopped working after a few seconds each time I turned it on. I performed the troubleshooting they suggested, to no avail. Customer service was very responsive but I got a couple different responses. One person told me to try a new battery and new brush head, like I was supposed to buy these to try to fix it when I just bought it. But the other rep was extremely helpful with troubleshooting and then offering to send a replacement. Which was perfect because I really like it! Here’s hoping #2 lasts longer, but with the amazing customer service I’m not too worried.

As a grandpappy, use this to clean up little messes kids leave on bare floor, rugs, or in chairs. Suction is pretty good. Vacuum has light, two suction levels, (normal, extra strong), and homes apart to use as hand held dust buster. Clever tube comes partially undone, allowing vacuum to go under furniture...it bends at almost 90° angle. Lightweight machine, stands upright on its own, easy to dump dirt.Don't buy this to clean large place, but for small residence or touch ups, it works well. Does not recharge very quickly. It sucks dirt up pretty well, rug or floor.After 6 months, the vacuum had an issue with suction. Contacted the company and they quickly responded and rectified the problem. Excellent customer service/support. Company responded quickly, cheerfully.

This is a light stand alone cordless vacuum. It does great with crumbs and dust and dirt. It is not good for true Alaskan husky hair. The vacuum is not powerful enough to suck my dogs hair into the vacuum tank. The hair sticks in the vacuum tube and has to be pushed out with a long stick. I am from Alaska and have a real Alaskan husky. She has 3 coats of hair and sheds constantly which requires constant vacuuming to keep up with it. I bought this vacuum for 3 reasons, it's light, it stands alone and it picks up dog hair according to the description. Unfortunately, it doesn't do a good job with thick dog hair.

This vacuum cleaner has truly surprised me with its superb quality and value. I needed a replacement after my roommate's vacuum broke, and this cordless vacuum is punching well above it's price tag. It has great suction power, great manuverability, and is super easy to use, store, and charge. It came with multiple adapters, an extra air filter, and LED lights on the vacuum which are helpful for vacuuming in dark corners.The quality of this vacuum is comparable to a Dyson vacuum cleaners, which are three to four times more expensive around 380$. Seriously the best-bang for the buck you can find. Add to that excellent customer service and a two-year warranty, and I'd be dumb not to recommend this to anyone looking for a great value, high-quality portable vacuum.

I purchased this when I moved into an apartment because I wanted something small and compact. Unfortunately after about 4 months the vacuum would not stay on. I tried different troubleshooting ideas and it still did not help. I reached out to customer service and received help from Diane. She was very nice and helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem as the battery may not longer be good and offered some suggestions which unfortunately did not work. She then let me know that she was able to get permission to send me a replacement. The company seems to be very willing to help their customers and solve any problems that might arise with their products.

I love this vacuum. For my home, it is perfect - great suction, battery life and ease of use. One day after charging, it wouldn’t turn on. I contacted customer service and let me tell you - It’s not often that I can say that someone went out of their way to help me but Diana from Prettycare did just that! She walked me through some troubleshooting steps and could determine it was a problem with my charger. A replacement was sent and she absolutely fixed my issue with 100% satisfaction! Thank you!

I like the product overall. My biggest issue is the little hole flap going into the canister gets clogged easily. I originally bought to have an easy quick clean up option for pet hair and baby smashed crackers/ceral. It works great for pet hair on wooden floors just not much beyond that. I also dislike the latches and how it pulls apart. I love the convenience of taking apart to clean but just don't think it is as easy as it should be to push the latch and pull apart.

I love this little vacuum. It’s lightweight, easy to carry up and down the stairs(which is a huge plus for me, makes stair cleaning days so much easier!), and the brush roller is great for picking up small messes. Not great for deeper carpets but perfect for thinner carpets and hardwood. Great quality for the price.The battery dies a little quicker than I’d hope, but charges pretty quickly.Would purchase again.
