Tasty and Convenient Eye Supplement – A Great Addition to My Routine
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been taking PreserVision AREDS 2 Eye Vitamins (Chewable Mixed Berry flavor) for about a month now, and I’m happy with the product overall. These vitamins were recommended by my eye doctor as part of a preventative approach to support eye health, especially since I spend long hours on screens and have a family history of macular issues. What I really like about this version is that it’s chewable. I sometimes struggle with large tablets, so the chewable format makes it much easier to stay consistent with my supplements. The mixed berry flavor is surprisingly pleasant — not too sweet or artificial — and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste, which I’ve experienced with some other vitamins. The ingredients follow the AREDS 2 formula closely, with lutein, zeaxanthin, vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, and copper. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m getting the right nutrients without having to manage multiple supplements. My only small complaint is that the bottle only contains 60 tablets, and since the recommended dose is two per day, it only lasts for one month. It would be great if they offered a larger count bottle to make reordering less frequent. Also, while the chewable format is great for convenience, the tablets can get a little chalky if not chewed thoroughly. That said, I feel good about continuing with this supplement long-term. It’s easy to take, doctor-recommended, and a helpful addition to my overall eye care.No bad smell.

Tastes great, easy to take
Switched to these after being unable to swallow the gel capsule version. Delighted by the taste and happy I found a way to take AREDS2! Also taking 30mg saffron daily. Too early to tell if this approach is working, but have noticed that my vision isn't worsening, which is an improvement in itself.

Better than prescription drops!
I’ve been using this for about 4 months and really like it. I feel like it’s giving me more hydration that prescribed drops. I use it daily and have purchased it multiple times. The berry taste is great!

Wish It Tasted a Little Better
It doesn't taste that great - but maybe it does to some people. It tastes like eating jello powder with flintstone vitamins - even though I've never eaten just straight jello powder, this is what I'd imagine it to taste like. I'm happy it's an option though, because I struggle with pills. This still gives me nausea the way pills do for some odd reason (it's taste aversion to pills mainly), but I can get it down.

I like this product!
Got these to help with my retina issues. So far so good. Love the taste! It's hard for me to swallow pills so I was very excited to have found this in a chewable!

Good item to subscribe.
I have taken these for years, as I am trying to keep my MD from getting worse. I buy the chewable ones because I'm a pill-taking baby. So handy to order from Amozon.

A necessary item for me.
A necessary item. AREDS2 is a vitamin blend for the health of eyes. There are different brands available, but this is the brand I like. I like the chewable because it tastes good and I don't mind taking it. I have AMD, so this essential for me. I like getting it on timed delivery so I don't forget.

Doctor approved
I chose these over oil filled gel capsules and am very pleased with them. They are pretty large as tablets go, but chewable. Taste is fine. As one other reviewer noted, the ingredients on the box differ from product page. I expressed concern to my Retina specialist about the high levels of vitamins and minerals per dose/tablet and he approved of taking only one tablet per day instead of two.
