Calmia Women's Magnets Twist Board - Pink

This item is amazing. so much fun and can really feel it working. However, the delivery man posted it through an open window causing damage to my floor!!! not impressed... but brilliant item :)

Does what it says in the tub but a bit on the small side

This is seriously fun and good way to get fit beats hula hooping i like to twist wiv my weights

This is great fun and a good workout BUT if your balance is anything like mine you will need to hold on to something until you get used to it haha it's quiet small so it's great to store away I would highly recommend it!

This is EXTREMELY small. It's described as 'women's' but I'd say it's more child-sized - I wear a size 6 shoe (which I believe is the national average) and my feet overlap the board. They are crammed together, which affects my balance, and if I'm exercising in ankle weights I cannot use it at all. I have been using twist boards for awhile and find them very effective, but I would not recommend this one unless you have uncommonly dainty feet!

Questo attrezzo è simpatico e divertente. Adatto a chi come me,soffre un po' di pigrizia! Da tenere a portata di mano e da usare ogni volta che si vuole, anche x pochi minuti al giorno, i muscoli di cosce,glutei e addominali obliqui, verranno risvegliati! Unico limite, il diametro (adatto solo a chi ha il piede piccolo) e la struttura un po' fragile

Dieses Twistboard ist optisch ansprechend und eignet sich zum Twisten, wobei es mir allerdings schon passiert ist, dass die Scheibe "durchdreht" und ich mein ganzes Körpergewicht einsetzen musste, um sie wieder in die andere Richtung zu drehen. Für andere (z.B. Yoga-)Balance-Übungen eignet sich das Twistboard allerdings leider nicht, da die Scheibe sich bei Berührung sehr schnell dreht und auch die Magnete nicht mehr Balance verschaffen. Die Einsortierung unter "Balance-Pads" durch Amazon ist insoweit irreführend.

Arrivata nei tempi, ben imballata. Occupa pochissimo spazio e posso usarla quando voglio. Pochi minuti tutti i giorni, mi diverto e sento i muscoli delle gambe e gli addominali che lavorano. Mentre faccio esercizio tengo in mano due bottigliette d'acqua, così alleno anche le braccia. Sono molto soddisfatta, lo consiglio.
