Super cute! I ordered this to go with a handbag that I ordered at the same time. I love this and I have received so many compliments on this. This looks just like it’s pictured on the website and it’s much better in person. It came in a cute little box with the little stickers and the packaging and presentation was a bonus. I love the way this was packaged and when I opened it, there was just something special that made me happy and feel like a valued customer because the seller put care and thought in how it looked when I got it. I would give this 10 stars based on not only the product but the entire presentation and the unboxing process. I do plan on ordering more of these and gifting them as well. It’s hard to find anyone anymore that puts so much care in a product and how it’s presented to the customer. This completely exceeded my expectations and I’ve been so happy about the packaging and presentation I haven’t stopped talking about it to any of my friends or coworkers. This truly sets an example of expectations that other businesses should follow. Now when I receive a packaged product for anything I order anywhere and there is no presentation like this one had, I feel disappointed.This company did an amazing job with this and I think that they recognize that buying something is not just about ordering something online and getting it it’s also about the experience of receiving the product and the presentation of it.

The absolute cutest keychain I’ve ever had. I love the little ball that comes with it and the crystal teddy bear. I would say that the rhinestones on one of the bears foot did come off, but other than that, I love the keychain.
