I ordered this lift in Nov, 2023, promptly installed it and found it didn’t work. I did my best to trouble shoot all issues (I have a lot of experience) all to no an avail. Contacted Customer Service. They requested certain details and a video, which I provided. Once they understood the problem, I was a sent a replacement unit. Installed it and had no problems - it worked as advertised! It lifts my car trailer without problems, actually quite easily. Very impressed with the unit and especially their Customer Service.

I had had problems with moisture in my tongue jack where the switch sometimes would decide not to work. Always at the most inopportune moments. Since I bought this the problem has stopped. It sure beats the garbage bag that I tried before it arrived. It is durable, well made, looks like it will last a long time and I have driven from Florida to Indiana with it on and never worried about it blowing off.

Cost effective way to prevent sun and water damage. Item is well made, fits well and vendor is great. The only improvement would be to install a better cord holder. The cord holder comes loose during travel. Concerned cover may come off on long trip. Might need to tie cord to frame to prevent this.

Installed it in under 15 minutes. Pretty simple to install.

Our travel trailer electric tongue jack was getting faded from the sunlight , and constant exposure to the weather. Bought this handy cover and it works like a charm. Bag is made from sturdy weather resistant fabric and has a drawstring closure with a slide toggle to snug on the bottom of the jack head. Have only had it on for a few weeks but it seems durable and does not blow off in strong winds. We had 40 mi/hr winds last week and the cover stayed put. Wise investment. Only wish I had bought one when I first bought my trailer 3 years ago before the fading started. If you have an electric tongue jack, you need this cover. Price was right too. Happy with my purchase..

Sewing on seam came apart after using it the first time. Very, very disappointed.

So far so good, took less than a half hour to instal and it was easy. Item was received in perfect condition.

This is a well made item. I have only had it installed for a week so I can't speak to the longevity of the product but it seems very durable. great deal for the money.

This product work well but I am missing the cover that was supposed to come also.

basically, this is a bag intended to be placed upside down. It works for that, it seems.
