This is a favorite hot sauce of mine, with the caveat that I’m not a connoisseur of hot sauces. It’s not super hot but if I have it on every bite of something it will build until I have a nice burn going. The truffle flavor isn’t strong but noticeable enough.But I will add that if receiving “in date” products that “aren’t expired” is something that is important to you, then buyer beware. I’ve never found a bottle of this that wasn’t expired, even locally. I enjoy this hot sauce so much I can only dream of what it must be like when fresh!

Love Melinda's sauces! To be able to get a quality hot sauce with such wonderful ingredients at a price I can afford is such a surprise. Black truffle is my overall favorite. The heat level was perfect and the truffle was just enough to take this to the next level. I have used this sauce in a variety of recipes because it is so versatile and adds a bit of extra nuance. I like the design of the 12 ounce bottle since it makes it easier to add it to a larger family style dish but also keep it covered on the table for family members that want just a little more.

First off, I noticed that the two bottles don’t even appear the same. The label color looks off on one vs the other, even the sauce inside has a different touch of color in one vs the other I tried to show that in the photos provided. And then the expiration dates were printed on differently. Something is just very off about that.Second I realized instantly that these are just 2 12 oz bottles. The same 12oz bottles that are sold for $4.77 at the walmarts in my state. In the discription here it says 24oz, two pack. I should of realized it was just two 12oz bottles equaling a total of 24oz of sauce for a total of 20$, not two 24oz bottles. Silly me. That’s my overlook. But point is… way overpriced.And third, I didn’t even get the red brush that was suppose to come with this order lol. I don’t care about the brush honestly but if you put on here that it’s suppose to come with the purchase of the sauce you should follow through and send everything thats advertised together. Not doing so just isn’t a good look. Mistakes happen whatever. I’m more upset that I over paid for these and then when I got them the bottles looked super off and strange.Me personally I would never buy these again from here.

Truff can be pricey and is often out of stock. This one is decent and affordable. Highly recommend this one!

I had heard great things about Melinda's as a brand, so I was excited to try their Truffle Hot Sauce Bundle. The two 12-ounce bottles are a good size, but the flavor was just okay for me. The vinegar is quite strong and tends to overpower the truffle, which was disappointing. If you're a fan of a strong, tangy kick, you'll probably enjoy it more, but I was hoping for more balance between the truffle and other flavors.I used the sauce on chicken nuggets, and while it added some heat, the truffle flavor was pretty muted. The biggest issue I had was that the basting brush advertised as part of the bundle wasn’t included in my order, which added to the feeling that this product is overpriced for what it is.All in all, it's not bad, but for the price, I expected better quality and a more well-rounded flavor profile. The missing brush just added to the letdown.
