Beautiful piece, I did have to use hot glue to repair a couple of the pieces. Not too tight, comfortable. I wore this with a blow up pink flamingo costume for a school teacher race.

Wore this for a night time 5k neon run and it was a huge hit, it stayed lit all night and is comfortable. great for the price

I will say parts can kinda of bend and are a little flimsy but you just have to push them back where they are. The price is good for what it is. It was easy to put on and the lights are bright with different settings. (Blinking, stayling on) I thought it was cute and worked well with my costume.

Bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday and she received non stop complements on it. It has four light settings, fast blinky, slow blinky and on and off. Pretty durable, made it through TSA twice without any issues. Very comfortable and can be worn for hours with out irritation

When I opened the bag, 3 of the shards were broken off. Fine, you couldn't tell. But before I could even try it on, 5 more pieces broke off. Can't say this was good quality, or even average. LEDs work, guess that's work 1 star.
