The Bg1019 was easy to put together. It's beautiful and soothing, it creates good feng shui, and I have gotten many compliments on it. Since it's new I don't know about the quality yet but hope it will function well beyond the 2 year warranty period.

Easy to set up and looks beautiful

I've had this fountain for about 9 months now and we really love it. It doesn't hold a lot of water and I live in a hot dry climate so I have to fill it every day but it's been worth the effort. Our hummingbirds have learned to drink out of it and the sound and motion of water enhances the enjoyment of my garden 1000%. Maintenance and cleaning has been simple and if the pump goes out it will be easy to replace and repair cheaply. Highly recommend.

I'm really happy with the fountain - it's exactly as it looks online and is a beautiful addition to my patio. Very easy to set up, and the lights are a really nice ambiance. Would recommend the manufacturer include a cover for the portal the wires come out of - one is shown in the booklet that comes with it, but was not found in the box and was a different shape than the fountain portal. It's lightweight enough to move indoors for the winter, and the water flow doesn't splash out so floors will be safe. My neighbor was so impressed, he bought one too.

This is probably the worst quality product I've ever bought in this price range. 1) It randomly sprays water everywhere even on the lowest pump setting. 2) The bottom of the fountain is jagged and uneven. Half the sides werent recieving water from the pump so I put a ball on the top and watched it roll down. For whatever reason this fountain tilts forward and requires cardboard under it to even it out. 3. It didn't come with an instruction manual. 4. It has a strong chemical smell. 5. After figuring out how to connect everything from a youtube tutorial I spent 20 minutes looking around for the connection port of the LEDs which was stuck 1 and a half feet up from where you put your hand in a random hole inside of the fountain. I scrapped my arm up trying to get at it. 6. For whatever reason they didn't put a tube in one of the holes that drains water and the sloshing sound of that water dropping down into the water tank is 10x higher than the "gentle fountain noises".Edit to add #7, it came cracked almost in half in the back.

The media could not be loaded. More rocks would be nice but with the overall beauty of it as well as the calming sound I would not change a thing!
