Read the reviews and when the watch came in I put mine through the Ringer. I immediately put it in and went golfing with it in and than later clubbing for the night. Still Worked Perfectly After. Kept on Time and stayed ticking

The watch see-thru design is enchanting, but maybe not well thought out in practice. The gears are too tiny & so the tiny gear teeth may loose contact & the mechanism stops. There is almost nothing to support & hold all the tiny gears firmly in place, so if one of the tiny gears get loose from its axle, again there is a break in the link of gears from the wind-up coil to the clock arms. Just a non-watchmaker's opinion.

Very nice looking watch, made a great gift.
