Great Quality - Easy to Read - Easy Install - Durable
Excellent Quality. Good damping of needle variations. Easy to install. Easy to read. Just what we needed on our commercial swimming pool pump inlets. It allows us to balance the pumps perfectly. All in all this is a great functioning gauge. Well worth a full 5 stars.

Good quality build and accurate
Used this gauge on my outdoor lawn sprinkler pump and it worked out very well. I checked the reading using another known good gauge on my air compressor to verify that the reading was fairly accurate, and both gauges did show the same pressure.I did install it without snipping the tip off the rubber relief valve, which I learned was the proper thing to do, and one hot day with the gauge in the full sun I saw the pressure had risen to 40 psi without the pump running. Apparently this is what happens when the gauge cannot relieve the internal pressure from the heat expansion. Easily corrected by simply squeezing the rubber valve edge away from the casing for a moment.

Quality Replacement for Hayward Sand Filter
I bought this gauge to replace the pressure gauge on my Hayward sand filter. This gauge is professional level! The quality, feel, and accuracy is far superior to the cheap factory gauges that need frequent replacement (and for just $3 more). We will see how long this lasts, but it looks nice and functions great for the price.

Looks good, works well. But the glycerin bubble is large and the bubble shows condensation
Looks nice, I figured the stainless case would be better than a chromed steel case. Liquid filled is generally better than dry for reliability and longevity. But the bubble in the glycerin is rather large. So large that the upper part of the dial - in the 10-20 PSI range - isn't covered by the glycerin. I could live with that, the glycerin in the mechanism would still get me reliability. But once installed the inside of the glass (where there is the bubble and no glycerin) was covered with condensation, see photo. So it's not hard to read, see photo. And unfortunately this range (10-20 PSI) is the working range for a residential boiler. This is the second glycerin-filled gauge that has had the same problem. So I can't say if this one is unique or if all liquid-filled gauges have this issue. This range of gauge is typical for boiler systems, so one would expect that it would be OK with hot (but certainly not boiling) temperatures.

Good Gage For Compressors or tanks
Great little gage for the price. Stopped my tank leak and is easy to read

Excellent product
I used this on a reciprocating pump outlet. The glycerin dampens the oscillations very well, and will make this last much longer. Conventional gauges will get destroyed by these pressure fluctuations in no time.

Used to replace pressure gauge on pool filter.
Works great on pool filter and sturdier than original.
