Product not fit for purpose, supplier not willing to refund
After 5 months the product was all but useless. It had been made of two pieces of foam joined together, and they came apart through normal use. On requesting a refund the supplier initially ignored the request, then referred the matter to "the boss", then refused a refund and eventually told me to claim via Amazon. On doing this the supplier promptly closed the request as being out of warranty and refused to answer the phone when I called.

Avoid at all costs!
Nightmare from start to finish. This product looks nothing like it does in the picture - The cover does not fit the bed at all, its not flush and you could grab handfuls of the material.Very poor quality - the velcro fastening is so cheap, you really get what you pay for with this product, to say that the RRP is £70 is very misleading and 100% a lie.And the noise the thing makes is dreadful, touching it or pressing on it makes a horrendous sound that a very much doubt my dogs would of wanted to sleep on.Seller hardly ever replied to me, very poor customer service. I had to go through Amazon to return since the image is misleading the product was not as described. They said they checked some in the warehouse and they were fine so basically didn't believe me and totally not bothered. Seller WOULD NOT pay return postage. If Amazon hadn't resolved I would of been taking this further - terrible way to treat customers in this day and age. Considering Amazon is a customer lead brand, the fact they allow these types of sellers on is shocking.

She us one satisfied customer. And so are we
We've struggled for years trying to find the right bed for our tall/long German shepherd. She's 100lbs so we always had the problem of her sinking all the way down and basically lying on the floor. But not with this one! It's firm but comfy and she even has room to stretch out! She us one satisfied customer. And so are we. The only thing I don't love is the material. It really holds on the fur. The next time I wash it I'm going to put a blanket over it I think.

No more damp musty dog beds!
I was so fed up of damp smelly dog beds that I thought I'd give this a go. I bought a spare cover too, so I've always got one clean one and one in the wash. The beds have surpassed my expectations! The memory foam mattress is obviously really comfortable, my pointers love it, my old one occasionally has the odd accident and it's so easy to just take off the cover, wipe down the inside cover and replace with my spare. I normally run my vacuum over it a couple of times a week too. My dogs may come in from their walks wet, but the smelly bed days are over! I can't recommend this product highly enough!

Massive dog bed, perfect for large breeds!
Our German Shepherd loves this!It is massive, almost like a small single bed and it looks so comfy!He likes it so much we bought another (smaller) on to put in the car boot for when we travel.The only think I’m not keen on is the fabric used on the base of the cover. Abit like most dog beds, it’s that thin lining type fabric that tears easily, so I just made a new cover for it instead

Check your sizes
Lovely thick pads for the dogs, and blisteringly fast delivery - many thanks! One thing I would say to prospective buyers: measure your available space and check the size of the product you are buying. I bought two Extra Large - I have two "Standard Poodle sized" labradoodles, and they can both fit on one bed...the fact that they won't share a bed is irrelevant! I could have got away with a smaller size - extra large really does mean extra large, probably Great Dane sized!

Best dog bed ever.
The best dog bed ever, right size,comfortable and best price ever. I have tried many beds with my dog and found big was not that big and they were nice at first then went lumpy and saggy and stinky even after washing. Not this bed its so comfortable I could sleep on it and my dog stays on it all night which is a first. He is a urcher/lab and so likes to stretch out,he can on this bed and not hang off or feel cramped.The thickness of the memory foam is fab no skinny foam here. Plus cover has velcro fastening so can wash and put back on with ease. I really do recommend this bed.

Disappointed
Within a week this was it the tip. Material was split one end when it arrived but I wasn’t too worried about that.Dogs would not go on it at all. A hard rustling sound to the material when they tried to get on it that put them off. Material not really enticing them to the bed.Have since gone on and bought two separate beds of memory foam and a topper on them with wonderful corded fabric and soft faux fur on the stitched in topper and the dogs love them.Size was huge for the two dogs so harder to manoeuvre around but with neither dog willing to set foot on it then for us it was a total waste of money.Sad as they do love their memory foam beds with toppers
