Great Earphones and Amazing Customer Service
The first time I ordered these, there was an issue with one of the ear pieces, but through the help through some amazing customer support I was able to replace those and get new ones. They are great quality and I recommend them. Great sound quality and functionality.

Good product
I bought this as a gift since I like mine so well. Mine is a little different and more limited in options. Since I don't do anything but play music etc on it, that isn't an issue. I can't evaluate all the functions of this product because it is a gift and i, as stated, only play music through them and this one fulfilled all the requirements i have for a headset. Fits well in the ears, good sound and quality, comfortable enough to wear. I used it a few days while mine was with the person I gifted this to, so I had some time to assess battery life and limited use, i like the product. Pricy considering this didn't come with a charger, i try to buy products that come with whatever is needed but didn't realize this wasn't the case when I bought it, so I am rating the product only in a limited capacity.

Not worth the money
The sound is good not as good as my old LG Harmon Kardon but LG doesn’t make them any longer! Easy to use/synch but they don’t stay around your neck especially when doing sit ups or any other position that’s not standing!. Disappointing!!

Terrible Reception
Used these for a few weeks, and gotta say, they're the worst LG Tones unit I've ever used. I've been using Tones devices since 2011, had at least 4 or 5 different models. The previous set (HBS820) lasted an incredible 6 years before needing to be replaced. This particular unit, the HBS-XL7, is pretty damn horrible, really.Reception:Terrible, even at point-blank range, no matter the device it's connected to. Even when connected to only a single device, the audio stutters constantly. Tried resetting the headset and re-pairing; no improvement. Dell desktop computer running W11, Microsoft Surface laptop running W10, Asus smartphone running Android... doesn't matter, audio always stutters.Battery:Some sources say it is supposed to last 10 hours; others only 8. In my experience, it's only about 5 or 6. It drains incredibly fast for a device of this size, even on the normal EQ mode.Design:It's a nice, clean design, but they went a little too far into form over function. For comparison, my old set, the HBS820, had the following switches and buttons: a power switch, a call answer/end button, a volume up/down switch, a track forward/reverse switch, and a media play/pause button. This set, the HBS-XL7, has one button for power on/off, media play/pause, call answer/end; one switch for volume up/down and track forward/reverse, and a button dedicated singularly to the Google Assistant. The setup works relatively well, but I don't trust it to work every time, if that makes sense. I'd prefer the extra buttons and switches.Comfort:Good if you like a loose-fitting neckband. It's looser than my old HBS820. Earbuds are slimmer, and sit nicely in my ears.Sound:Middle-of-the-road. Nothing to write home about. The bass boost EQ option does a respectable job, but it won't blow your socks off. [Insert 4th idiomatic criticism here]App:There's an app you can use with it that acts like a Quick Reference guide and allows you to select from 3 equalizer presets (but no custom EQ options). Other than that, it's just more bloat to have on your phone. Set the EQ you like and uninstall the app. Reinstall it when/if you need or want to change the EQ again.Overall:It looks nice, it's an interesting attempt at minimalism that sacrifices reliability, the battery life is bad, and the stuttering audio makes it useless.I do NOT recommend this product.

Comfortable
I like these because they go around my neck instead of clipping to my ear which I always found painful, they sounds good as I like to use them to listen to music at work, my only complain is the durability, I find the cords tend to get chewed up in the retractor after a while and then the whole thing needs replacing every year as once the cords are gone nothing else works

One side does not play sound
I purchased these for my girlfriend a few months ago and I should have opened them and checked them before I gave them to her. By the time her birthday rolled around it was too late to send them back so they have been sent back to the company for repair or replacement.just a second set of earbuds that I have gotten from LG were one side does not work so I'm not sure what is going on with quality control . I've always bought LG headsets and find them convenient, comfortable and easy to connect to my devices especially when it comes to connecting them to both my phone and laptop. I really do like the company I'm just really disappointed. I should have opened them and checked them out before I gave them to her in order to make sure they worked. I hope there are quality controls in place to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.Update. Got the headset back from LG and it was repaired but they still suck. My older LG HBS750 were way better and they batter last twice as long. What happened to you LG. I always liked your products but you are dropping the ball. My new $1200 oven while looks great and I can control it with my tablet has problems. I have one stove to eye that sparks no matter which burner I turn on. I don't know if there is a firmware update that can be applied but I have had it less than a month. Everything about it I like but this sparking when the eye isn't being called to duty is ridiculous. Same for the three other headsets I have had to return due to one side still not working. These don't even give a low battery warring audibly, they just shut off and the batter last half as long as my LG HBS750 . I prefer my LG HBS750. These were a gift so it looks like I am out a $120 and on the lookout for a replacement. One thing I can see in the future, it will not be an LG headset. Your starting to get on my nerves LG. Don't suck, do better.
