I bought the Dr, Colbert's Ketogenic Digestive Enzymes hoping to use them to help lower my cholesterol. I haven't had that tested, but I am on my second bottle, and I have had unexpected results that have solved a problem I've had ever since a surgery in 2013. Back then I had a long recovery from a surgery that left me with a serious problem with constipation. I was hospitalized for four days because of complications due to constipation. The doctors I had advised adding fiber to my diet, using stool softeners, and lots of things that really didn't help at all. I had to use milk of magnesia to get any kind of relief. Fast forward to 2019. I was still having constipation problems. I kept milk of magnesia in my medicine cabinet. It still was the only thing that would help me. I have been told by my doctor to use six fiber capsules daily to reduce my cholesterol, so I began taking fiber again this past spring. I thought maybe it would help with the frequent constipation this time, since I have healed from the surgery. Well, I ate some cheese and there went those hopes! Had to use MoM to get any relief.So I began taking the High lipase enzymes that Dr. Colbert has here on Amazon. Someone I know recommended them to me. I thought, "Well, if it breaks down fat, maybe it'll help lower my cholesterol..." In a few days I noticed I wasn't having any constipation issues! I can eat cheese, again. I am on the Ketogenic diet, and I haven't had to take any MoM since I started my first bottle of this. Product works well in addition to using MCT Oil. Been using this Fat-Enzyme on and off for over a year.Definitely can see the loss of fat and weight from my body. So far have lost 60 lbs!! I definitely recommend Dr. Colbert's Fat-Zyme pill. It is great to order and receive in 2 days through Amazon Prime.

I LOVE this product because it actually works. It does what it says and what is made for. I will not run out of this pills.

This product works just as it is advertised. It is easy to take and gives the user the proper ingredients to accomplish their dietary goals. Just started this product but it appears to be working as expected. I trust anything that Dr. Colbert puts his name on as I believe him to be an honest and dedicated doctor.

I never had trouble with 9 tablespoons of coconut oil a day and lost $30 lb in 27 days which stayed off for 3 years.Since a health set back, I needed this product to lose weight. It 'digests' the oil very well.However, other brands with high lipase digestant sare cheaper and they work, also.Lypo gold replaced this one--120 caps for $36.

I took this for approximately 1 and 1/2 months. I am on ketogenic diet and after initial weight loss and blood sugar drop I hit a plateau. I am diabetic, and was hoping to have this fat zyme help to move me over the hump, but so far my weight has remained the same for 6 weeks and my blood sugar is now increasing daily even though I have been adhereing to the Keto diet. The last 2 weeks I developed stomach nausea and find that it is less problematic if I don't take the fatzyme. It might be something else in all fairness, but for now I don't feel that it has helped me.
