An Attractive and Funcional Radio
Much better in function than a Grace Digital unit it replaced. Tuning is good and some selections are not available including Chromecast, but retention is better as a Grace Digital unit first lost memory of settings and later lost its search support and Internet Radio intermediary service so that it had been a hassle and eventually a useless box.Sound quality is very good and programming interface is very acceptable. I see no reason to waste smartphone or computer time with the radio transmission when a more specific interface can work as well and spare those other units for their more significant functions.

Nice Multifunction Music System with Good FM Reception
I had tested a few systems on Amazon, looking for one with decent FM reception. This one does. It has an FM autoscan function to automatically preset the channels it finds, the internet stations work as described. The sound quality of streaming radio largely depends on the quality of the stream, some are better than others. The Alarm function is really useful, waking to various music sources, including picking your FM or streaming station, alarm volume and duration. Dimmer function sets your desired brighest and dimmest light level, then adjusts after a few seconds of non-use. There is no automatic light-controlled dimmer, but that's not a deal breaker, since the levels can be chosen. it's a little bigger than it needs to be, but not enormous. Just plan for it taking up a lot of night-stand real estate. Sleep timer is wonderful. The number of streaming station is impressive, you can add additional URLS and export your favorites from a web site URL tied to your radio's IP. Item looks and feels like quality.

Great sound
This is a great little system. Sounds pretty good for the size of it. Lots of stations to listen to. Very impressed

Great Number of Features
Took a while to get used to.1. The on/off button could be larger with a different feel from the other buttons.2. The internet stations do not display the song/artist.3. The micro SD card can play FLAC formatted music!!! I had to ask Ocean Digital how to make playing the music random. "You can set the playback preference for the Micro SD under Configuration > Playback setup > shuffle."4. One of the stations shown on the computer with Skytune would not play on the radio.5. Advice: Download the manual as a PDF file. It helps with reading and searching.

Amazing Radio!!!
I haven't had a great radio like this before... I could listen radio stations from everywhere and I haven't tried all the features yet. I recommend it 100%.

Functions Well But Sounds Like A Clock Radio
I wanted to love this but it just doesn't sound good. I like the the layout of the controls and display. It was quick to connect to wireless but took a lot longer to connect to bluetooth. For the price, though, the sound was very disappointing. Even with tweaking the EQ it still sounds like an old-fashioned tabletop clock radio. Due to the price and the layout I was hoping this would have a high fidelity sound - but it doesn't - so I returned it. If you're looking for a similar unit and don't mind spending more, the Le Mega M5P actually sounds like a well-made audio system, which to me is the basic reason for owning a unit like this. There are small things I don't like with the electronics and control, but the sound is very good.

Connectivity Problems
This radio worked relatively well for a couple of weeks and then started having connectivity issues with lots of buffering issues on most of my favorites (5-6). Other less listened to stations had no problems. Software was current. No Internet changes and strong signals, especially in area where located.Did several resets, had to load up all favorites again, even tried the buffering option from 2 second default to 5 seconds. No improvement. Thinking maybe my favorites were off the air, I downloaded a free internet radio app on my smartphone and all my favorites came in quickly and strongly on my phone. Went back and tried this internet radio again and same thing… it wasn’t picking up my favorites. I even selected a favorite and let it try to pick it up/connect for EIGHT HOURS STRAIGHT!! It still never connected. It’s going back and I’ll try a premium Grace unit this next time. If I have problems with a Grace, I’ll just give up on internet radio for good.
