This is great form when you’re in a pinch and it is organic so I will definitely be repurchasing this.A classic yellow cake flavor that you would get from a store or bakery.Directions say to put it as cupcakes or in two pants I put it in one 9 inch round and cut it. It was still amazing.Flavor was great texture was slightly thick if you like something ultra fluffy, I would whip egg, white separately and then mix it in with the batter as he would for another type of cake.But flavor was exceptional and perfect in a pinch. There is only one small piece left after I made it so family and kid approved.👍Would like to try their other products now!

For Christmas we are not supposed to get any snow, so I thought I'd make some vanilla cupcakes. This mix makes about 16 cupcakes and if you use the 365 Vanilla Frosting Mix it is just perfect. I didn't need to add any more vanilla to the cake mix, but did add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the icing.The cake mix is easy to blend together with a whisk. You just add three eggs, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter. Then scoop up the batter and place in your paper liners. I baked for over 20 minutes instead of the recommended 18 because that wasn't quite enough when you have 16 instead of 18 cupcakes. You may or may not be able to get exactly 18 cupcakes but I managed to get 16!This cake mix makes cupcakes that taste totally homemade! But the great thing is you don't have to measure all the flour and other ingredients. So it is pretty easy.I was very happy with this mix and would buy it again! The thing that sold me on this was that it has no palm kernel oil in it. Yay! Some of us are so allergic to that! Enjoy!~The Rebecca ReviewP.S. I also tried the chocolate cake mix and tried to make 18 cupcakes. Problem was nearly all of the baked cupcakes overflowed their cupcake liners when they were filled with batter 3/4 full. I knew that was not a good idea but I followed the instructions. You need at least 24 cupcake liners and only fill them about 1/2 full I think. The chocolate cake is more like a dark chocolate flavor not milk chocolate. It probably needs a bit more sugar. Even with icing the cupcakes tasted more like dark chocolate cake!!!

I love that they have egg-free directions. I made with extra vanilla, using flax “eggs” and butter. They turned out so yummy. They are denser with the egg substitute, but it’s just what you do if you have an egg allergy/sensitivity. My husband actually prefers how dense this is.

Keto this, Keto that, where is Miss Jones when I find myself in a pinch? Well right here in the Amazon Jungle of countless items. Less expensive than most, way to go Missy! and a product that is certainly edible which meets the criteria. 3.9 Stars.

I’m allergic to folic acid and needed a cake mix for a cake I was making for a friend’s birthday. I was trying to make a giant version of a little Debbie zebra cake. This was the ticket. My friend loved it and said the flavor/texture was spot on.It’s a nice basic white cake, a little heavier than the conventional equivalent mixes.

I love it this is organic the ingredient list is very small it essentially taste like I made it from scratchThe problem is that the package says vanilla cake mix but the amazon description says it’s a yellow mix. And it sure is. I’m sure Miss Jones intended for it to be a vanilla cake mix but it’s notI literally just baked it today and it is a yellow cake mix it taste like glorified cornbread and it’s incredibly dense.I’m gonna bake it again but this time I’m gonna use just egg whites I might revise this review

Brand claims to be clean but it contains 2 very hazardous ingredients; no calcium phosphate, harmful to kidneys and liver and disodium diphosphate, increases risk of cardiovascular disease and de mineralizes bones. DO NOT BUY!!!!! better to find a real clean brand or just make it yourself.
