Doesn't work, driver wouldn't download
Not working with POS 19.0, I try the website on the booklet , its not uploading. I live in the Caribbean and returning items is not easy. I send a question in about product, I got no respond for over a week now. I don't recommend this product.

Disappointed
This printer is small and easy to transport and store. It would be great for a small business! However, it requires owning a computer that has a floppy disc reader which I don't own. Therefore, unfortunately I'm unable to use it and am very disappointed.

Budget Hardware for Small Businesses
This is a solid little printer that can't match the quality of professional hardware (aka. established brands and products). But that is fine. It does the job and with a some knowledge on hard and software this will work. These are primarily used for point of sale applications (which I will not abbreviate, because it will get this review rejected), which means a place that it selling a product. This can be a food truck, restaurant, retailers, repair shops. Closed systems with their hardware attached can often be expensive. I haven't figured out if it works with very basic printer commands and generic drivers, but it works with the drivers provided. It's not complicated. A cheapo laptop running open source point of sale software attached to this printer can do the job at the fraction of the cost of what a package will cost. On the downside: No support. When it comes to this thermal receipt printer, the setup process is straightforward and hassle-free. The software, while a bit old-fashioned, gets the job done. It has a nostalgic feel, reminiscent of earlier Windows versions. Setting it up is not as intuitive as configuring an office printer, but it shouldn't take more than ten minutes. In terms of quality, it meets expectations. One great feature is its ability to be wall-mounted, which is convenient. However, there is a minor issue I noticed: the labels for the buttons are upside down when it's wall-mounted. While not a major problem, it is a small detail that bothers me.It's important to note that this printer has limitations due to its specific media requirements. If you're not comfortable with managing character count, adjusting border and line spacing, and optimizing black and white bitmap images, you might find it more beneficial to invest in a ready-to-use system priced at $500 or higher.Overall, considering its ease of setup and satisfactory quality, this thermal receipt printer is a decent option for those who are willing to work within its limitations. I hope my review helps you make an informed decision.

Nice little thermal printer
This receipt printer does the job at a budget price. It's loud, and for some reason does not include a spool, even for the included sample roll, so you'll need to pick one up for perfectly straight prints. But it's extremely fast, and the print quality isn't bad, certainly crisp enough for text with a decent halftone for images. I will say again though, this is loud, and combined with how fast it prints it's almost frightening, so keep it behind the desk.

Terrible instructions but usable, until it completely died
I recently received a thermal receipt printer that I was excited to add to my business's POS system. Unfortunately, I had a few issues with it. When following the instructions to switch from static to dynamic IP mode, I found that they didn't work as intended. I wasted a lot of receipt paper trying to figure it out. I ended up having to settle for assigning it a static IP. I wasn't too happy about it, but it did the job. After only printing a few rolls of receipt paper, the printer just stopped working altogether. The lights don't turn on, and it appears to be completely dead. This is greatly disappointing as I didn't get much use out of it at all.I would give this printer a 1-star rating for my experience with it. I cannot recommend it to others based on my personal experience.
