I’ve only had the laptop for a short time. So far i love it. I love the fingerprint login. I also like that it’s easy to carry and is lightweight unlike my previous laptop. I wish the cord was longer but that’s an easy fix. Good value for the money. WiFi connectivity is great!

We ordered a "Grade A" laptop, and it was very clean - perhaps even NOS. The model we purchased has worked very well, but FYI we have only been using it for a few weeks now. Item was well packed in original box, with charger included. We had no issues.

I definitely could not recommend this laptop or purchasing from this seller in good conscience.Laptop worked for one month, then it suddenly crashed with the code KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED popping up. I tried restarting it, but each time I tried the screen wouldn't turn on and the fan was spinning at a high speed/going into overdrive. There were no precipitating events or issues prior and it was a brand new laptop, so this is extremely frustrating to deal with.I am unsure if this was an issue on the faulty transportation by Amazon that caused an issue or the device being faulty, but I will update if the team decides to repair/replaces this item as per the warranty.

I bought it for personal use. The screen is bright and clear. Anti-galre tested and worked well. Both Keyboard and touchpad are smooth. Backlit saved my eyes in the dark. The size is really slim and the weight is super light. I can easily carry it. Quick start and shut down no noise. Windows 11 runs great. I don't use too many heavy applications so the battery lasts almost the whole day without charging. Had no problem with warranty, 3 year offsite support globally. Great coverage if you travel outside the US Highly recommend this laptop.

This laptop is excellent. I was looking for a 14-inch model that's easy to travel with and offers strong performance for heavy programming tasks. The ability to upgrade the RAM in the future was a crucial factor for me since I want this laptop to last many years (especially since most Lenovo models have soldered RAM).Unfortunately, the first unit I received had random, frequent restarts on the first day, so I had to return it. The second unit worked fine for two months, but then the screen went black. Thankfully, HP's global warranty covered the repair at no cost, but I had to wait 15 days for the parts to arrive and another 5 days for the repair.Overall, this is an excellent product at a great price, but experiencing issues with two consecutive units is concerning.

I generally have not been a fan of HP laptops in the last several years. However, this EliteBook is nicer and seems to be of higher build quality and more feature rich than I expected. The keyboard is outstanding with great spacing and firm travel to make it easy to type fast and accurately.Screen resolution is excellent and the overall feel and performance is so much better than my previous experience with other HP laptops. Highly recommended.(Plus, shipping was amazingly fast. I ordered late on a Saturday night, and it arrived on Monday)

Great Laptop and nice customer service. It's a solid laptop. Quite fast and portable. Meets both my home and business needs. I read other reviews regarding the warranty so I checked it right after I received the laptop. It was three years but started two years ago so I contacted the seller. They responded quickly and told me it will take 3 to 5 days after purchase to update. After two days I checked the HP website and the warranty start date became the date I received the laptop. Now I have a full 3 years warranty with no problem! Great purchase for this kind of premium laptop.

I am writing this review as a "neutral" or "3 Star" during the first 30 days and will update if I'm able to get assistance with what might be a misunderstanding. I have attempted to call to no avail and the mailbox is full. My issue is that the laptop states it's for Business with Windows 11 Pro but does not come with Excel or any Microsoft Windows applications installed. I will be returning/exchanging or purchasing elsewhere with the lifetime licenses required to in fact operate a business. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
