Large Dog House, Insulated Wooden Dog Kennel Indoor, Weatherproof with Adjustable & Raised Feet

It arrived a couple days late after getting what looked like being held up at an Amazon facility, I found the quality to be lacking a bit. Really cheap wood, one of the peices came broken and another already splitting. Not very sturdy, hoping it will at least last the summer. The seller did very quickly reach out and offer a full refund since the product was not as I was expecting.

We ordered this dog house for our 40lb dog Xena. Was pretty easy to assemble. We noticed during and after assembly that the wood is very light and relatively thin. Also some of the boards that hold the floor up are cut too short and fall off their supports. Other boards are splitting already. Overall 2 stars because this dog house clearly isn’t up to the task of lasting very long.

Ordered this hoping the reviews were wrong and I'd get the perfect dog house for my pup. Well they were right. Ordered the first one and it took a long time to arrive and when it finally did it was cracked and damaged in several places. Accidentally exchanged it instead of getting a refund and had it come damaged as well! Returned and bought local instead. It's super cheaply made.

The directions are not the best, but got it put together in adequate time. However, it hasn't even been a full month and it already has a deep crack on the side; cheap wood. Outside our return window or I would have requested a refund.
