I wear my hair straight A LOT and I like this straightener a lot for the price. I have this one and a titanium and I like them both a lot. I have naturally 3C type of hair and this straightener does wonders

I have owned T-3 hair dryers and was very happy with them so I purchased this flat iron in September 2024 for $150. Unfortunately it stopped working in less than 4 months! It will not go past the lowest heat setting . I reached out to customer service over a week ago, they told me to submit a warranty claim and I have not heard back. It’s frustrating to spend so much on a hair tool and it not work in such a short time. I regret this purchase and should’ve went with the GHD iron which I previously had and lasted for years! Stay away from this, it’s a piece of junk. I have to spend money purchasing a new flat iron because they are not responsive with correcting this issue and the product is under warranty.

I think the flat iron works well but it’s incredibly difficult to change the heat setting. I curl my hair on a temperature that’s too hot because I can’t remember how to turn the flat iron down smh. Even when I pull out the directions it takes me a couple of tries to adjust the temperature.

This flat iron’s low temperature option is great for the health of hair. Finally, this is a keeper!
