First waffle was perfect unbelievable ! 375 / 4-mins. The bad for me was understanding how to set temp but maybe it’s just me instructions could be better. The good ; Beautiful crisp gold waffles every time - I made sourdough waffles from my starter discard and Bisquick and other famous pancake mixes all perfect - true non stick I removed the waffles with my fingers (sprayed with Pam to season) - don’t use metal utensils you will Ruin the machine - very even heating restaurant quality machine - easy to clean just wipe the flacks with paper towel -customer service is excellent (my temp setting issue) these commercial flip makers work all the same regardless of brand highly recommend buying addition for a gift .. enjoy

We got it for our restaurant and it works great!!!! But broke down in july

First one was very dirty like it was used and poorly cleaned. Returned for a replacement. Parts of the replacement were dirty but it doesn't look used. It took almost 30 minutes to get the white cling wrap off. It kept tearing, very difficult. Once I got it all off there were scratches.No instructionsI looked online how to use it, there were a few different tempatures and times. So I tried out a couple365° - 3 minutes is soft400°- 2 minutes almost the same as restaurantAlso I used cooking oil on the first one and none on the second one. It did not stick.Going to try 425 for 1 1/2 minutes tomorrow

Not exactly what I expected. Very heavy and complicated heat/timer settings. Cooks great but not easily lifted off counter. Made to set in kitchen permanently. If I owned a bed and breakfast perfect. Just not for a waffle once a month.

Good except for removal of the plastic wrapping put on them. Horrible design
