Shame lid did not align
The slot you drink from does not line up in the correct place despite several attempts by several people so you cannot use it like a mug

Leaky
The thread needs to be tighter. I have it setup left handed but it needs to tighten so the mouthpiece is near the handle to stop leaks. Not great but works.. holds heat well.

Not leak proof but useful
As mugs go, this isnt too bad to be honest.Be aware that it isn't leakproof and does state this on the mug itself (removable sticker). This is the mug for when you want something other than one of your proper mugs out of the kitchen when you're heading out in your work can. Just don't put it in your bag or anywhere it can fall over.The shape of the mug fits nicely in to a standard vehicle cup holder.

Some design flaws
Reasonable but not great.Long handle makes it very awkward to fit into cup holder space in car (I’ve tried in 3 different car makes and same issue in all)Cup is not totally leak proof.
