Piggy loveliness
Finding these slippery lengths of emptiness is very difficult but as first time sausage fillers these beauties with their handy guide thingy were ideal. Soak them fill them and enjoy them. They didn't split and what you don't use you salt amd store in a cold place. Top piggy product and highly recommended.

Good, easy to use, but big.
Have used these for my first attempt at making sausages. Used them with a Kenwood stand mixer with a meat grinder/ sausage stuffer. Easy to use, sturdy enough for my inexperienced hands to use without breaking, but still cook and eat well. They are large. They resulted in sausages that were about twice the diameter of the largest sausage you’d buy in a supermarket. Looked very impressive on the bbq. The pack comes with 3 individual lengths with plastic tabs to ease loading them onto the machine. I typically make 2-3kg at a time that only uses a 1/3 of a length. I now cut the casings into 2 or 3 lengths to avoid wastage, but you do lose the plastic tabs which makes loading on to your machine a more fiddly process. Thoroughly recommended, making sausages is great fun, and the results are spectacular.

Excellent quality
This natural hog casing is of excellent quality - thin, elastic, and completely odourless. It's convenient to work with and easy to fill. During roasting, it didn't tear at all. It's sufficiently long, allowing me to adjust the length of my sausages as desired.This was my first attempt, and I will definitely purchase it again

These come threaded on a plastic liner, which makes it easier to thread onto the sausage machine. The casings are strong enough to stuff without rupture. Lengths are inconsistent. Will use again.

Good quality, good price.
First time making sausages, so expected a lot of breakages.These skins performed well. They are quite large, but held together well, and made lovely thick sausages.They cook well, and aren't tough to eat.Will definitely buy them again.

Good quality, easy to use.
I'm new to making sausages. Bought these to make fennel garlic Italian sausages and they worked well. Easy to use, they don't break too easy and when cooked they aren't too tough, just nice actually. I'd recommend them.
